Crappie Fishing

I called up Keith McDowell, one of my favorite sales associates at Sportsmen's Warehouse and asked what he had been fishing for lately. "Heck I have been doing a lot of crappy fishing. In fact the other day I went out with the clothing manager and we caught about 70 or 75. We kept about 35. Also kept a couple of perch that were a decent size. I know you like to eat them right? Yes sir. How do you prepare them? I like to fully them. I don't like the skin or the bones so I fully than. Once they are filleted I put them in a bowl with cold water and then when I'm ready to eat them I code them with the Cajun spice that we sell here. Throw them in the deep fryer for three or four minutes until they are nicely browned. I bring the leftovers to work and eat them.
