Millennial parents is the demographic focus for beef industry — those who are 25 to 34 and just beginning to cook at home and for their families. And in order to reach this demographic the Washington Beef Commission Director of Digital Strategies Bridgett Coon will be hosting a video series on her blog, RanchWifeLife.com, the After Baby Un-Diet. She shares as a Millennial mom herself who recently had a babyCoon: “I am using my journey and pairing up with a great influential health and wellness chef in the Seattle-area, Chef Kristin Helle. We have created a video series that addresses the challenges that moms like me face when it comes to health and nutrition. She is using her recipes and provides her advice and we also developed some great lean beef recipes so we show those consumers how lean beef works into that healthy lifestyle they are trying to achieve.
