Hey all of you University of Idaho Vandal ag graduates, put October 4 and 5 on your calendar. You are going to want to head to Moscow for U of I's College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Celebrating Idaho Agriculture event. This fun filled two days of activitites that is held in conjunction with Ag Days 2013 recruiting weekend. There will be something for all alumni, students and friends as College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni and Donor Relations Coordinator Carly Raska shares more details. Raska: "So this year we are making it an even a bigger celebration and opening it up to all of the University as well as the community. Bringing in people from all over the state to really show how important agriculture is to Idaho and the role that the College of Agricultural and Life Science here at the University plays in that. So that is going to be On October 4 and 5th - on the 5th we're going to have a big pre-game celebration the morning before our football game against Fresno State. There is going to be fun for the whole family. There will be everything from a farm animal petting zoo, big farm equipment is going to be brought in for kids to climb all over. We are going to have different booths that represent some of the products produce around Idaho. There will be face painting for the kids. There is going to be a food drive component and there is also our student and alumni BBQ that is open to the public as well. So there is a lot of stuff going on that weekend."
