6-3 IAT Savor Idaho

 This month comes complete with the fifth annual Savor Idaho which The Idaho Wine Commission calls Idaho’s premier wine and food event. They would like to formally invite you to attend on June 9 at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise from 2-6pm. This picturesque setting should give consumers the ultimate wine tasting experience - one that both beginners and experts can enjoy.

Its tradition of a trade hour will continue, beginning at 1pm. During the trade hour, trade members will attend a private gathering with participating winemakers, owners and chefs prior to the gates opening to the public, giving you the opportunity to have one-on-one face time with the vendors.

Amid more than 50 wineries, 56 winegrape growers and 1600 vineyard acres, the Idaho wine region is growing rapidly. The Wine Commision’s Shelley Bennett: “Savor Idaho is a one-of-a-kind event where wine and food lovers get the opportunity to discover Idaho products while meeting the people associated with these industries.  As the wine industry continues it’s impressive growth in the state, wine tourism is becoming more prevalent and widespread each year. Area restaurants participate in order to bring attention to products created locally, encouraging consumers to embark on an "eat local, drink local" experience. ”
