 A goodbye call to old friend Dick Rush, head of the Farm Service Agency. Dick, you are going to fade off into the sunset with your grand children nestled around you? Yes I have decided that I am going to hang it up on April 30. I have enjoyed the Farm Service Agency, I think we are doing some good work. I have decided that I would like to do some other things.
