 A complete and delicious dinner package in April just by listening to a local radio station .Hmmm. That needs explanation. Here is Traci Bracco from the Idaho Beef Council. “Upcoming things that we have going on here at the Idaho Beef Council, during the month of April, consumers here in the Treasure Valley can be part of our winner winner, these it’s what’s for dinner promotion, it is one that we do with 3 of the Cumulus radio stations, and each week  listeners to the KIZN country station, Eagle which is a classic rock station, and their sports talk station will get a recipe from our healthy beef cook book and each station will have one caller per week on Wednesdays that will receive every ingredient that is in that recipe plus cooking supplies and other menu items for a complete dinner package. It shows the versatility of beef as an example wine country  meatloaf,  5  pepper T bone steaks, lasagna and a whole lot of other things.”
