11-1 SS Guy Eastman

 Guy Eastman Is a member of the family that owns and publishes Eastman’s Hunting Journals. Along with his father Mike and brother Ike, Guy has spent a lifetime as an avid and very talented outdoorsman. Eastman’s Hunting Journals bring a wealth of information to fellow outdoorsmen on a monthly basis. I had a chat with Guy about our 2nd amendment rights as Americans because there is a never-ending attempt by liberal politicians to take guns away from us. Needless to say that is of great concern to a person who has spent his life hunting. “What if your 2nd amendment rights were taken away? You wouldn’t be going elk hunting would you? No I definitely would not be going elk hunting. (Laughter)  At least not with a rifle. Maybe with a sharp stick or a spear. A lot of young people are on Facebook talking about this and the present administration seems to be leaning towards taking away guns.  It’s a real problem. They want to blame the gun for the problem instead of the people And the society behind it. Is there any traction to this movement? Will it happen?  Could happen, but it will happen slowly. They are smart enough to know that they have to boil the frog slow and they have to start with the youngsters. They can’t start with people my age because we know how the world really works.  They are indoctrinating the children through their school age years to be nice robotic liberals when they grow up and do what they tell them to. One of the best quotes I ever heard on this subject came from Rush Limbaugh:  You know why there is a 2nd amendment? In case the government fails to follow the 1st one. Our forefathers were not stupid.
