10-18 SS Adam Bender
Adam Bender, managing editor of Eastmans' Hunting and Bowhunting Journals graduated from University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a journalism degree and landed the dream job at Eastman’s… I say dream job because he’s a journalist and an avid hunter. It turns out that Eastmans' is doing an e-newsletter just for Sportsmens’ Spotlight listeners. “What the e-newsletter is about it is a monthly newsletter that we send out containing all sorts of information including tag quotas to unit closures to important pieces of hunting information/ legislation that are passed throughout the West that affect people. It is 100% free and I know that the big hangup with a lot of guys is giving out their e-mail address and worrying about getting spam or selling off their e-mail address to 3rd parties or some other company. I promise we do not do any of that. this is only a way of keeping our readers in touch with things that are going on that can affect them. It also gives a personal side of Eastman’s. We tell them about our success. Guy or Ike or Mike will write a blog and tell them about things going on within the company. It’s a great tool to not only pick up some information or things that you might not have been aware of but it also gives you a 1st look at some of the things going on here at Eastman’s. All they have to do is go over to Eastman’s.com/radio, give me their e-mail, their 1st name, their last name and their mailing address and we are going to send them our latest DVD absolutely free of charge. This is something we are only doing for radio listeners, is a $12.99 DVD and we are doing it just for signing up for the free e-newsletter.
