 Camo for your Kids. I am always inspired by the great American story. Guy comes up with an idea he is passionate about, and turns the idea into reality. Such is the story for Jeff Streeter, creator of Lucky Bums  which makes camo gear for kids.  “The company, as a whole, has grown pretty substantially. We officially began in 2006. We started the company centered around winter sports because I am an avid skier. In addition to skiing I am also an avid hunter. When my kids were born I 1^st got them into skiing just because of the age but as they have gotten older I have gotten them into hunting. As my kids got older and closer to hunting we started looking at some different products that could make that process a little bit easier and more comfortable. So we saw an opening, a need for camo apparel that had a lot of technical features. Waterproof, breathable, moisture wicking base layer, those types of things, you could go to Walmart, even out to Cabella’s and you could buy cotton, 6 pocket cargo pants and hooded sweatshirts and that kind of stuff but it was really lacking, especially the technical features. Long story short I started working on a technical camo apparel line specifically designed for kids. We have to been scratching at the market in that category along with the rest of the brand and last year going into this year, this particular category really started taking off, it is actually doing what it is supposed to be doing.
