?I got an e-mail the other day. The headline said: Watch Equipment Work in the Field. That sounds like fun. Yeah, great idea. Where do I go in order to see the show??? An e-mail from the Farm Progress Show Field said that demonstrations are a unique feature that sets the Farm Progress Show apart from other events. Show visitors get an up-close examination of the latest farm equipment operating in field conditions. Field demonstrations have been the hallmark of the Farm Progress Show since the first show 58 years ago. This year is no different, with a full slate of demonstrations scheduled for Aug. 30, 31 and Sept. 1. Three types of demonstrations are planned for this year’s show, weather permitting. OK. Again I ask… Where do I go in order to see the show??? Near Decatur, Ill. All the way to Decatur, Ill? Well as much as I would love to see Corn combines Tillage tools and other special machines operating, I have a farm to run and a tight budget. So something dawned on me. What about putting all of these fabulous machines into a webinar where you could show video, interact with the sales team and even be enjoying a cold beverage while attending the webinar in the comfort of your favorite easy chair?
