5-17 IAN Video Torture

  All it takes is one bad apple. I will explain in a minute. I will never forget seeing a horrible video of two psychopaths  torturing dairy cows and sent around the country by PETA. What was the message? Is that how the dairy industry operates? That is character assassination. Now, Wyatt Prescott  Executive Director of the Idaho Cattlemen’s Association tells me another video has surfaced: “This is old news now I guess, a video was released, a horrifically ugly video of this operation in Texas and it was a ranch and the video showed them euthanizing calves in a very inhumane and awful way, I don’t know if you are aware of it but the organization who took the video e-mailed it to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange traders and that day it dropped the futures daily limit. It is an interesting story but the problem is that the public sees that and it thinks that the beef and cattle industry, all producers must be operating that way. I think you would find all beef producers across the state saying that that was horrific and would not condone behavior like that, as an industry we do not want to be seen that way and in my personal opinion those people should be put out of business.”
