With all the recent stories about bugs in our food supply and the illnesses that result, at least one company’s trying to help. Elanco Food Solutions has launched a new website in an attempt to provide food-safety solutions to the meat and poultry industries. www.ElancoFoodSolutions.com features information about pre- and post-harvest technologies that can be integrated into total pathogen-control systems, and includes background about a Food Safety Knowledge Solutions program for packers and processors.?

Whether the food producers, packers or consumers want details about science-based products that reduce food-borne pathogens in packing and processing plants, or to learn more about statistical process-control methodology for helping reduce the food-borne pathogen load in facilities, the web site may be a good place to start.
