 The Idaho Irrigation Equipment Association is sponsoring the 2010 Idaho Water Supply Outlook on Jan. 7  to communicate the latest information about water supply issues. The event is part of the Idaho Irrigation Equipment Show & Conference and will be held at the Nampa Civic Center in Nampa. Norm Semanko, Executive Director of the Idaho Water Users Association, and Ron Abramovich, NRCS Water Supply Specialist, are scheduled to speak at the meeting. All kinds of classes from Preventative Maintenance for Sprinkler Irrigation Systems, to Irrigation Water Management for New Sprinkler Owners, to Show Me the Money where representatives from vaious agencies will discuss new cost share and loan programs for the 2010 irrigation season.

 

Tondee Clark who’s helping put on the event says that if you’re in a rut, there are a couple of experts and “they are going to teach a class called pivot track ruts that will discuss system design hardware and management ideas to minimize pivot track ruts.”
