Those who pre-registered are set for July 15th through the 19th in Denver at the annual Cattle Industry Summer Conference. He wants to discuss ways to improve the beef checkoff and the state beef federations. VOOGT "There's two important things. One is the enhancement of the checkoff and then there is the strengthening of the federation to make sure that the money is used as wisely as can be." Voogt hopes that people set regional differences aside and work for the common good of the entire cattle industry.
