Washington Ag November 24, 2006 Spokane Ag Expo and the Pacific Northwest Farm Forum are going to be different in 2007.
O' Leary: "Big changes. New dates. New building. All under one roof. Some new exciting things going on. We are looking forward to it. 30th anniversary."
That's show manager Myrna O'Leary with the Spokane Ag Bureau. The new dates for the largest farm equipment show in the Northwest are February 6th through the 8th and it will be held at the all new Spokane Convention Center Complex.
O'Leary: "Spokane is lucky enough to have the skating nationals to come in January and so the new facility will be turned into a skating rink for their practicing. So we have moved to the first week in February and after a lot of consulting with exhibitors and attendees we are going to stay at that date from now on."
The opening session of the 53rd Pacific Northwest Farm Forum February 6th will feature Timothy Galvin, an agriculture and trade policy consultant and as always, Art Douglas, "The Weatherman" Professor Emeritus of Creighton University.
You can get all the details on the event at www.agshow.org and the cost to attend it all is only ten dollars. Just remember it's February 6th through the 8th.
I'm Bob Hoff.
