When you walk through the halls and meeting rooms of the Boise Convention Center this week you hear so many different languages being spoken. Right off you hear the Australian and British accents and the familiar Spanish. But with 41 nations in all represented at the World Potato Congress you also hear the Dutch accents, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and dialects from every continent except Antarctica. When experts and growers spoke to the 900 or so delegates at this event some people needed help understanding what was said. DIMMICK " And he got the call. Christopher Dimmick of Emmett has worked with other agricultural events and is providing the translation services to dozens of people from Spain, Mexico, Peru, Argentina and other Latin American countries.
