Knapke says you shouldn’t have any problem finding something wine related to do …
KNAPKE … “One thing to keep an eye out for as wine enthusiasts and Northwesterners is that we’re hosting an event, and hosting I’m not quite sure is the right word, but and event is relocating to the Walla Walla Valley this spring and creating a new experience underneath our umbrella, and it’s called Hospice du Rhone.”
And, Knapke says Hospice du Rhone is coming right up …
KNAPKE … “It’s a four-day festival. So, it’s April 24th through the 27th. And it is a globally renowned and attended wine festival of Rhone varieties, so varieties that are typically grown in the Rhone Valley or originate in the Rhone Valley of France and are now grown around the globe.”
Knapke says should be a great event …
KNAPKE … “There are 125 wineries coming to Walla
Walla that are part of this event. And then, we’re anticipating over 1,000 attendees and a lot of first-timers to the to the Walla Walla Valley.”
