Dabruzzi, says the curriculum covers a wide variety of topics such as the history of sorghum, its nutritional value, the geography of where sorghum has grown, and much more in addition to the creation of a food service guide
“So for those folks in the kitchen, it educates them about how to cook it tips and tricks about that recipes crediting through the USDA program, and so they can do this in tandem “
So far o Bruce Lee says the program has been a success as it has allowed many school food service professionals to meet the whole grain requirements for school meals.
