Joe Anderson, also known by some friends as Genesee Joe. And my brother and I are farming here down at Genesee. We're the fourth generation farming on this place that great Grandpa bought. It's an above average wheat crop, it looks like around here this year. Feeling pretty blessed. Just started harvest yesterday. Here we have a soft white winter wheat crop. This one's called Iliad is the variety, but pretty new genetics. The growing season started out with a lot of rain and the winter wheat crop was fine. We added a little extra fertilizer. We started seeing good spring growth. The spring crops around here were a little bit challenged. They were seeded probably 2 to 3 weeks later than optimum because of rain. But they're a crop, but they're closer to average than winter wheats around the Genesee area look to be above average. They may not be quite as good as 2020, which was a record, but there for the most part above average we haven't got any grades back. Just started hauling to town yesterday, but the test weight seems to be pretty good. We're able to get a good legal load on the semi. Speaker1: Good to meet you, Joe.
