Dave Dinesen is CEO of Cubic Farms, and they have a branch called HydroGreen, which enables farmers to hydroponically produce fodder for their livestock. David Sparks Idaho Agribusiness today. It's not a greenhouse, but an inexpensive AG building that the machines can be housed in so that you can control the climate. And that's what lets us grow so predictably and so reliably. So for hydro green, we will install our system. We call it a vertical pasture and it goes into a building. The machines are enormous. There are 70 feet long, 20 feet high, 10 feet wide. So you harvest this 10 foot wide by 70 foot long bed of wheat, grass, barley, alfalfa, whatever you're wanting to feed its eight layers high. So you have eight 70 foot long by 10 foot wide beds of feet. And then we house that machine inside of a building. And typically we'll install six or 12 together to form a system, and we go from seeding to harvest every six days. You can literally harvest every day, and it's a very, very fast turnaround. So instead of just giving the animal the grain and hay, you can feed them a sprouted grain much more accessible to nutrition. We go from growing to feeding in 15 minutes. It's a fully automated system. You literally press the button and it harvests itself, chops it up into a nice bite. Size pieces. It goes under conveyor belt. It's mixed with the rest of their fodder and then fed to the animal. And so because it's fresh, it's sweet and it's the most readily available nutrition. So they love it. They eat more and then they perform really well
