What Will Be On Your Easter Table?

With Easter being several weeks earlier than many are accustom to — it might be catching some by surprise that this Sunday is indeed Easter. Do you know what your main entree will be at your Easter table? AgriBeef’s E-Commerce’s Customer Success Manager Annella Kelso shares some ideas
Kelso: “We know that a lot of your listeners are beef eaters, obviously we are the same. In my house we have beef a lot during the week. Hams are the perfect way to do something a little different and are synonymous with Easter. Our hams are 100 percent Berkshire hogs. They are raised on a network of small family farms. It is a heritage breed of pork — so it has much more intense flavor. The coloring is even different — a lot of the ham you see in the stores has a white coloring to it. Ours is almost a deep dark red. It is just a different flavor profile that you don’t get from a regular ham.”
