Concealed Weapons

Just as an example of how responsible Sportsman's Warehouse is they offer a course in concealed weapons which is taught by LeRoy Graham who has quite an impressive background. "U.S. Army veteran, I was a military policeman back in my youth, and then I retired as a detective Sgt. for the Boise Police Department. I am an NRA certified instructor and as far as pistol, personal protection in the home and outside of the home, so I have all three certification levels. The course I teach for the enhanced concealed weapon is what the state mandates and that is a personal protection in the home course. That is a required eight hour course and you must shoot 100 rounds. That is the course I teach at Sportsman's. As to why you should have a concealed weapons permit, there are so many reasons. One of them is the fact that the Second Amendment allows you to bear arms. The other is if you want to carry concealed legally and have backed down on you, you need to get the training so that you will feel comfortable in that role.
