Another brewery comes to town, this time a little more on the organic side.

Not long ago I did a story about Earthly Delights where people show up at a public garden and weed together. The premise behind this concept is to act as a match made in heaven, otherwise known as a way to meet people as potential love interests. Well, a sidebar to the story comes from a fellow by the name of Colin Rudeen who is trying to establish a local brewery. The name is Bogus Brewery and the bogus part is not a reference to the quality of the beer, it's a reference to Bogus Basin ski area. I called Colin up to ask about his venture. "It's a little bit different model than some other breweries. It is a community supported brewery. I imagine you are familiar with the CSA model? Is that kind of like the earthly delights community farm thing? Right and I will be as organic and local as possible. Organic gardening, organic beer, tell me what could lead to a better love story than a complete locavore and organic experience. Good luck to Colin and his new venture.
