Dylan Davis and family go on a duck hunt with an unusual side story. Me and my brother and my dad, we'd go every year and we used to be die hard duck hunters. And so we actually spent the night on the shore down there, camped in our spot just so we could duck on the next morning. And it was kind of a ritual, but we had seen some deer there in previous years. And so my brother decided to take a rifle because you can rifle hunt on the shore over there on that bank. And we woke up, we were hammering the ducks. It was like 830 in the morning. We're sitting in the duck blind and we were at 20 ducks. And all of a sudden I started hearing bam, bam, We were sitting in the blind. I'm telling my dad and my brother, I'm like, That sounds like a rifle shot. That sounds like they're shooting at us. Like, where is that coming from? More bam, bam. And I'm like, That literally sounds like they're shooting at us. And we were on this steep embankment down on the Snake River, and I had my waders on. I just went running up the back because I thought we were in war, like somebody's shooting at us. What's going on here? I run up the bank and this trophy buck comes running by at 20ft, blows by me. It runs into this thick patch of sagebrush, and I run back down. I'm like, Mom, grab your gun. He's like, What are you talking about? I'm like, There's a huge buck. This was all happening super fast. My dad's dog is out in the water retrieving a duck. We're like on our last green head of the day. My brother comes running up, we're in our waders and he grabs his deer rifle. And like never in the history of time do we have a deer rifle down on the Snake River. But we had a deer rifle on the shore over there, and my brother's kind of laughing. Are you sure it was a buck? I'm like it was 20ft away. Yes, it was a huge four point. Speaker1: And you ain't going to believe what happens next tomorrow.
