High Interest Rates are Not Affecting Land Sales

With harvest wrapping up many producers experience a fluctuation in yield totals. Doug Hensley with Hertz Farm Management says it's been an overall solid year.

But regardless of yield changes, the growing season looks to end with lower commodity prices, down 20 percent for corn year-to-date. Another difference is the higher interest rate.
