 A book written by Jon Wipfli entitled VENISON has more than 50 gourmet recipes for venison.  The author demystifies the breakdown process to make it easy and quick to get specific cuts like sirloins, shanks, ribs, sausage

and much more. “One of the goals of the book was to help people take the leap of faith and get into hunting. The biggest part of the book which is the food and cooking section came from dishes that I wanted to make approachable to people but also dishes that were completely different than other venison dishes that I have seen over the past 20 years.”

The book should appeal to new hunters as well as veteran outdoorspeople.
