This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Thursday. Feeder Cattle lost a little ground, but overall fundamentals look solid. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day Dn 19 ¾, to finish at 6-63 ½. May Corn was Up 3 ½, to finish the day at 6-33 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were Dn 9, to settle at 8-11 ¼.

Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Dn 30 – 20, ranging from 7-55 to 8-05. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for May were Dn 05 – Dn 25, ranging from 7-55 to 7-60. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for May were Dn 9, ranging from 9-51 ¼ to 9-76 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for May were Dn 12, ranging from 9-18 ¾ to 9-23 ¾.

Live Cattle for June were Dn $.25, closing at 155.90. May Feeder Cattle were Dn $.77 ½, to finish the day at 198.77 ½. April Class III milk was Up $.37, to settle at 19.36.
