FMC Friday Growing the Biological Portfolio

FMC Friday Growing the Biological Portfolio

Welcome back and thanks for joining us again for our weekly FMC Friday report! This FMC Friday is brought to you by Altacor eVo insect control powered by Rynaxypyr active. Don’t let Lepidopteran pests go unpunished.

I’m in Kansas City for the National Association of Farm Broadcasting annual meeting, and I got to catch up FMC Biological Subject Matter Expert Matthew Pye.

“So FMC is really growing its whole biological portfolio. Obviously fruit and vegetables plays a key piece in that with a lot of organic growers, but then also a lot of conventional growers. So we are looking to bring a number of biological-based products to both of those markets… and very recently FMC acquired a pheromone company, Bio-Phero. They have technology that revolutionizes the production process and drives costs down. So we are really excited to become a player in the pheromone market.”

Thanks for tuning in for FMC Friday. Shield your yield this season with Altacor eVo insect control and don’t let Lepidopteran pests go unpunished.
