Grape Wise Report... Prepare for Bloom

James, as we head into bloom season, we know this stage has a major impact on yield. What advice would you give to growers preparing for bloom?

“You’re exactly right. Bloom helps set the stage for crop yield. During this time, the weather can be unpredictable, creating conditions for the development of fungal pathogens. The challenge is to find the right balance between protecting your crop and supporting healthy growth.”

It seems like now is the time to start the season strong. What can growers do to maximize grape bloom?

“To be Grape Wise, the keys to a successful bloom season are disease management and targeted nutritionals to maximize yields.
