This is Bob Larson with the Market Line Report for Thursday, September 23rd. Grains higher across the board in Wednesday trading. From the floor of the CME in Chicago, here’s Virginia McGathey.

McGATHEY … “Corn was higher. I think the fed forecast actually was a little bit vague even though the markets really started to take off, and it’s more talking about that they’re going to taper ahead, but just not kind of right now. But the recovery in corn had been pretty solid right now. You know, after four days lower, I think that’s a welcome sight to see. Wheat was higher as well, very, very strong. That $7 benchmark is still like a magnet just pulling that market back to it, you know, along with Kansas City and Minneapolis. They were also rallying and still a pretty strong across the board.”
