A Way Around The High China Tariffs for Pistachios

Richard Matoian is President of American Pistachio Growers. He said one way to reduce the tariffs into China is for the importer in China to petition the government for a lower tariff provided they can show it would be difficult to obtain pistachios from another shipper.
