So you’re out in the wilderness doing your favorite thing in all the world… hunting or fishing. It’s becausethe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has finalized a rule banning the importation and interstate transport of four nonnative constrictor snakes. These snakes now are considered invasive species in the United States. That may be true but is it possible for them to exist in the cold environment we experience up here in the Northwest.
