"I do it a couple of times a year. It's not a regular thing but a few times a year. They sell reels or spools or whatever you want, fiberglass heavy arrows with a vee on them to make sure it sticks and goes into the animal." That's old buddy Randy King, Executive chef and avid outdoorsman talking about going bow fishing for carp, and some of the equipment needs. He mentioned a reel, arrows, etc. that you need for this sport and so I turned to Sportsmen's Warehouse Sales Associate Keith McDowell and asked him about his experience. I found out that while not an expert in the sport itself, as always, he's full of thoughts and excellent analysis. I've never done it myself unfortunately but I've seen guys do it and they look like they're having fun. There in the shallows of holes and they're very easy to see but again, I have to admit I've never done it myself.
