I called up Paul Richards at Sportsmen's Warehouse to talk about GPS units. "We carry the Garmin units here... The 64's, the Montana, the Montero's, the Rhinos, some are touch screens, some are toggles, some have radios in them. As for when is a group of hunters that are separated and they want to communicate. Any particular one you recommend? Depends on what you want to do. Different screen sizes, some of them you can load apps into. If I were to get one for myself I probably get one of the 64 units. What are the features on it. It has a compass, and altimeter, it uses satellite imagery, you can put a little micro card and it and have maps with game units and private land boundaries. Lets a guy goes out and he is scoping. Can all of those positions be stored? Yes you can put waypoints in there.
