Wheat Down Mostly
I'm KayDee Gilkey with the Market Line Report for November 14, 2013.December wheat closed just slightly higher on the day Wednesday after choppy and two-sided trade. The new low for the move and the higher close leaves a bit of a positive technical tilt to the market. From the floor of the CME Group, Todd Horwitz shares his observations of Wednesday's markets.
Horwitz: "Wednesday's grain trade saw pretty much neutral mixed day. Fairly flat with corn and wheat slightly lower but we are really in a funk here. There is no volatility. Volume has increased a little but, volatility is certainly on vacation. Taking a look at wheat, I would certainly look to be a seller at what at $6.70. Wheat has again become the weak sister to all the grains again. "
