Get all teched up.The upcoming ICA meeting in Sun Valley in November is dedicated to the notion that today’s cowboy ain’t yesterday’s. Here is ICA executive director, Wyatt Prescott: “ we are just going to talk about a lot of the advancements made in the industry in the areas of technology and production efficiencies. That is going to be our openingsession. Dr. Jude Caper is going to talk about how we advance our nation in sustainable beef production. She is going to detail where we have been and where we can go in the cattle industry in utilizing these technologies to make our production more efficient. We are also going to tackle details on all of the issues including wildlife depredation and animal damage control. We are excited to present our business workshops that are very technologically oriented. We have a how-to in cattle management software, we have principles in branding your product, technologies in animal ID, mastering the art of social media and managing cattle with computers. We will be meeting for our 100 time November 11th through the 13th.
