It has been all over the news in Idaho. 14 stock and guard dogs belonging to sheep man Casey Echevarria were found dead, having been poisoned with strychnine. This is a horrible occurrence and a horrible death and I called the Executive Dir. of the Idaho Wool Growers Association, Stan Boyd. "They found strychnine in grain form and whoever poisoned them packed that into hamburger meat, made meatballs and put them out for the dogs. During the autopsy they found a green colored grain laced with strychnine and the dog stomachs."

From KOMO News, on Sunday Seattle finally broke the 90 degree barrier. And It wasn't alone -- several cities in the Puget Sound region went beyond 90 -- some even touching 95! Seattle's preliminary high of 93 degrees broke the record high of 92 set in 1978.

Portland broke a record with 99°
