ICA's Annual Meeting & President's Banquet
Registration is now open for the 2015 annual membership meeting and President's Banquet. Join fellow cattlemen and women in Sun Valley on Thursday, November 19 for industry and agency updates and educational sessions. The President's Banquet will honor ICA President Carl Lufkin and his work and dedication over the past year, as well as expressing gratitude to outgoing board members and welcoming ICA's 2016 President, Laurie Lickley. Here is ICA Executive Dir. Wyatt Prescott: “We have a day of education on actionable items hopefully for attendees to take home. We are going to talk about all of the key things that are on everybody’s mind. We have a panel of legal experts who have done work on a lot of CAFO issues and actually wrote a brief in the recent Cow Palace case that the dairy industry just went through in the Yakima Valley so they are very apprised of that situation. We will cover legal overview and Q&A from sage grouse and endangered species issues to EPA issues.
