12-29 SS Caught Twice

12-29 SS Caught Twice

Fishermen. Sometimes the bait works and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t know whether it is luck, knowledge, or something peculiar about the fish. I’ve got a story about a peculiar guy and a peculiar fish. David Malm is a bar tender who gave notice that he was going to quit his job to and a half years ago. He’s still at the same bar. The reason he wanted to quit was because he wanted to fish full-time and with experiences like you’re about to hear, there is no wonder.  “My brother  put out on a nice January morning with a big, big body of water, it is probably 40 miles long and almost 30 miles across. There’s a place called the target which was a wooden building that they used to practice bombing runs. We were just jigging with some silver spoons catching to talapia. My brother hooked and do something big and pulled it in and it was a 16 pound core vina. A little later I hooked something big and it got tangled up in the wood structure and broke off so we never knew what it was. It was getting dark so we went in for the night. The next day we were near there and I hooked something again. As I was reeling it in I got to another line and thought to myself that I had caught somebody else’s fish with  their line in it. It turns out it was another 16 pound core vina with my line and lure from the day before. So you caught the same fish. Caught it twice. At least it was consistent. Yes it liked that bait twice.
