This is Matt Rice with the Ag Information Network and today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Weekly Export Sales in the Beef market held gains to a minimal as prices fell after Thanksgiving. Let’s go to Ted Seifried with the CME Group to hear more.Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day Up 1 ¾, to finish at 5-84 ½. March Corn was Dn 1 ¼, to finish the day at 4-87 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March were Dn 1 ¼, to settle at 6-24 ¼.
Portland prices for Club Wheat with 10 ½ % Protein was Unch, ranging from 7-00 to 7-35. Soft white wheat with 10 ½ % Protein prices for Jan. were Unch, ranging 6-80 to 7-25. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein prices for Jan. were Dn 1 ¼, ranging from 6-64 ¼ to 6-84 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Jan. were Dn 5 ¼, ranging from 7-98 to 8-13.
Live Cattle for Feb. were Dn $.80, closing at 175.27 ½. Jan. Feeder Cattle were Dn $1.20, to finish the day at 227.12 ½. Dec. Class III milk was Dn $.05, to settle at 16.35.
