I’m Bob Larson. After a year of canceled and/or virtual conferences and conventions, the Potato Expo will be back LIVE January 5th and 6th at “the Happiest Place on Earth” … Anaheim, California, right across the street from Disneyland.
National Potato Council’s Hollee Alexander says people seem excited to meet up again…
ALEXANDER … “Registration is going great. We have a full trade show, full of exhibitors who have signed up to come back this year. We’re making more and more announcements each week that can be found on our website.”

Alexander says this year’s location is perfect for Potato Expo …
ALEXANDER … “The numbers look great. Anaheim’s going to be a great setting for everybody to come back together, to enjoy the sunshine, enjoy the space, enjoy seeing each other once again.”
NPC CEO, Kam Quarles seconds that …
QUARLES … “The Anaheim Convention Center is kind of the perfect facility for us to do this, where we’re going to have the hotel as well as the Expo in very close proximity. The space indoors is terrific.”
And if you haven’t done so yet, Alexander says now is the time to register …
ALEXANDER … “On November 5th, we have a registration increase. So, for anybody looking, you know, if you already know that you’re going to go, you might as well get signed up by November 5th and get a discount.”
