This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Monday. Corn futures held steady with a slight sale off to finish the week following Friday’s USDA report. Let’s go to Terry Roggensack with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 10 to finish at 638 ¾. May Corn was dn 2 ½, to close at 577 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 10, to settle at 586 ½.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 6-70 to 7-05. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for May was Unch, ranging from 6-70 to 6-80. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for May were up 10, ranging from 6-96 ½ to 7-06 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for June were up 13 ¾, ranging from 7-71 ¼ to 7-81 ¼.

Live Cattle for June were dn $2.45, closing at 122.57 ½. May Feeder cattle were dn $1.97 ½, to finish the day at 149.62 ½. May Class III milk was dn $.02, at 19.38.
