This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Soybeans and corn still fighting for acres, as Soybeans continue to look at key levels in the mid-14 range. Let’s go to Scott Shellady with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day dn 10, to finish at 642 ½. March Corn was up 4 ½ to close at 538 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for May were up 12 ¼, to settle at 604 ¼.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 7-40 to 7-80. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for May was dn 10 - Unch, ranging from 7-20 to 7-65. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for May were dn 12 ¼, ranging from 7-24 ¼ to 7-34 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for April were dn 7 ¼, ranging from 7-49 to 7-59.

Live Cattle for April were dn $.25, closing at 118.52 ½. April Feeder cattle were dn $.45, to finish the day at 141.27 ½. April Class III milk was up $.23, at 18.09.
