This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Grains trending higher, but how much more can we expect from these markets? Let’s go to Scott Shellady with the CME Group to hear more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for May closed the day up 9 ½, to finish at 670. March Corn was up 9 ¾ to close at 534 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March. were up 10 ¾, to settle at 636 ½.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were up 33 to 37, ranging from 6-93 to 7-30. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for March was up 30- 10, ranging from 6-70 to 7-10. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for March were up 10 ¾, ranging from 7-71 ½ to 8-01 ½. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were up 11 ¾, ranging from 7-60 ½ to 7-70 ½.

Live Cattle for April were dn, $.25, closing at 117.22 ½. March Feeder cattle were dn $.95, to finish the day at 133.37 ½. Feb. Class III milk was up $.01, at 18.91.
