This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Soybeans continue to march higher, despite dryer weather in South America. Traders also keeping an eye on demand with a weaker dollar playing a big factor. Here’s Scott Schellady with the CME Group to explain more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for March closed the day up 12, to finish at 654. March Corn was up 8, to close at 491 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March. were up 9 ¾, to settle at 609 ¼.

Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat was Unch, ranging from 6-60 to 6-93. Portland Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for March were up 9 ¾, ranging from 7-44 ¼ to 7-74 ¼. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for March was Unch, ranging from 6-40 to 6-85. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for March were up 8 ¼, ranging from 7-32 ¼ to 7-37 ¼.

Live Cattle for Feb. were up, $2.75, closing at 115.05. March Feeder cattle were up $1.40, to finish the day at 137.42 ½. Feb. Class III milk was up $.75, at 17.87.
