Fish outfitter Brian Oakland of gotfishing.com takes clients to a spectacular lake in Argentina for epic rainbow trout fishing. I had a couple of practical questions for him. “This is adventure in the truest sense of the word. From the time you leave the US from the time you get back you are on epic adventure. That's exactly what you're on.

Let me ask you this Brian. Going down toward South America. Are there anti-American feelings.

Not at all. That was one of the great things about Argentina and South America was the people, they are just unique. I think that culture really enjoys communication. They sit around a lot and talk. There's not a lot of TV being watched and very, very social. And yeah, I couldn't say enough about the way that we were treated the whole time we were down there, whether it was from the lodge, which you would expect, but literally the people in the airport, the taxi cab drivers, the people at the restaurants, it's great hospitality. That was definitely a pleasure to see. Cost of getting there. Exorbitant?

You have to pay for your flight down which I think can be a little bit shocking at first until you realize how much typically it costs to fly across the United States. Seven-eight hundred dollars these days. So it is a little over a thousand dollars to fly all the way down to Argentina and again there are a couple of different flights. So it's not too too bad.
