Softer Corn and Wheat Numbers
This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Friday. Wheat and corn softer yesterday, but grains as a whole remain to have a bullish outlook. Here’s Virginia McGathey with the CME Group to share more.

Chicago Soft Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day dn 6, to finish at 591 ¾. March. Corn dn 3 ¼, to close at 427 ¼. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for March. were dn 9 ¼, to settle at 557.
Portland prices for Ordinary Club Wheat were up 5 - Unch, ranging from 6-20 to 6-45. Portland Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for Jan. were dn 9 ¼-14 ¼, ranging from 6-97 to 7-07. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for Jan. ended the day up to Unch, ranging from 6-20 to 6-28. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Feb. were dn 4, ranging from 6-78 ¼ to 7-08 ¼.
Live Cattle for Feb. were dn $2.62 ½, closing at 110.52 ½. Jan. Feeder cattle were dn $1.75, to finish the day at 135.55. Dec. Class III milk was dn $.42, at 15.59.
