Chicago Wheat prices for Dec. closed the day dn 4 ½, to finish at 597 ½. Dec. Corn up ¾, to close at 407 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were dn 2 ¾, to settle at 552 ½.
Portland prices for Club Wheat were Unch, ranging from 6-10 to 6-40. Portland Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, for Jan. were dn 2 ½, ranging from 7-05 ¼ to 7-15 ¼. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for Jan. ended the day Unch, Ranging from 6-15 to 6-20. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Jan. were dn 2, ranging from 6-89 ½ to 7-04 ½.
Live Cattle for Dec. were up $3.17 ½, closing at 111.82 ½. Jan. Feeder cattle were up $4.80, to finish the day at 140.72 ½. Dec. Class III milk was up $.36, at 19.06.
