Are you familiar with the term - Precision Agriculture?

Precision agriculture is also known as precision farming. Perhaps the easiest way to understand precision ag is to think of it as everything that makes the practice of farming more accurate and controlled when it comes to the growing of crops and raising livestock.

Kristi Westbrock with Consolidated Telephone explains you can't take advantage of precision agricultural technology if you don't have access to broadband. And a USDA grant is helping more farmers get Broadband where they need it.

Technology has become an indispensable part of doing business for every farmer.

In fact, a recent study by Hexa Reports suggests precision agriculture is set to grow to $43.4 billion by 2025.
