Chicago Wheat prices for Dec. closed yesterday dn 5, to finish at 553 ¼. Dec. Corn dn 5, to finish the day at 353 ¾. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Dec. were dn 3 ½, to close at 475 ¾.
Portland prices for Club Wheat of Ordinary protein was up 3 to Unch, ranging from 5-70 to 5-72. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, prices for Oct. were dn 3 ½, ranging from 6 -30 ¾ to 6-35 ¾. Soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for Dec. ended the day up 6, ranging from 5-35 to 5-55. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Oct. were up ¼, ranging from 6-57 ½ to 6-82 ¼.
Live Cattle for Oct. were dn $.55, closing at 103.92 ½. Oct. Feeder cattle dn $1.12 ½, to finish the day at 138.32 ½. Oct. Class III milk was dn $.06, at 18.96.
